Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy on damaged items/orders only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please note all sales on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items are not eligible for a refund.

 

 

Refund Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item/order must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also be required to submit photo evidence and tracking number for review.

 

 

How To Start A Refund 

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@fabcurve.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Product  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@fabcurve.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

Returns Due to Incorrect Address 

In the case that a reshipment is required due to address entry error on your end, additional shipping cost will be covered by you on eligible items/orders. 

 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like selected items within the store, custom products (such as handbags, purses, and wallets), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain sale items or gift cards.

 

 

Exchanges 

If for any reason you do not like any hair you can return it, please check our return process. There are no exchanges on selective items in the store please read item description or contact us. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
