Shipping Policy

FabCurve offers free shipping on orders over $100 for US only. Our standard/priority shipping price is based on location which takes 2-3 business days. Our express shipping is $24.00, and it takes 1-2 business days. Currently our standard shipping rate for Canada is $35 for 5-7 business days.

Shipping Process 

After placing orders the process and shipping takes up to 1-3 business days for US and up to 7 days for Canada.  

 

Late Orders 

In the case that the product has not been processed or shipped within the time frame provided and you wish to cancel the order, contact us info@fabcurve.com. To receive a refund provide us with your tracking number, and your order will be refunded. Please note that some items are non-refundable, for more details refer to the refund policy.

 

Missing order

In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) and decide to make a claim that you did not receive the item, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.
